Listings in DoINeedAPhotographer are compiled from the sources below. Each is named with the dataset it came from, the licence it is used under, and the credit that licence requires. Where a licence makes attribution a condition of use, that credit is reproduced here word for word.

  The CT SOTS footer's only policy targets are the statewide portal.ct.gov disclaimer and privacy policy. The disclaimer was read IN FULL (6,585 chars): zero occurrences of 'attribution', 'credit', 'public domain' or 'licence/license'. Its copyright clause is confined to the CT.gov NAME AND LOGO (property of the Office of Tourism), and its IP clause to the State Arms and Seal under Conn. Gen. Stat. §3-106a — neither reaches register data and neither specifies a credit line. Consistent with the already-ratified 'Connecticut Secretary of State (notary)' NOT FOUND, but established independently on the page, not inherited.

  UNRESOLVED -> HIGH. research-v2 could not adjudicate CC BY 3.0 (dc.gov site text) against CC0 1.0 (District data terms) because every opendata.dc.gov terms URL returns a 22-character JavaScript shell. It resolved from the LOAD RECORD instead, exactly as research-v2 said it must: dogtrainer-seeding-source-recon-2026-08-18/VERDICTS-CT-DC-FL-IA.md identifies the collection channel (the loader queries the maps2.dcgis.dc.gov ArcGIS FeatureServer) and the governing declaration — the District's own DCAT-US 1.1 catalog feed. That feed is JSON, is robots-permitted, and was re-read LIVE 2026-09-10: entry "Corporate Registration", publisher "Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection", accessLevel "public", "license": "https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0". The site-level terms say "UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, the data on the Sites is public domain ... CC0 1.0 Universal" — the dataset-level note governs, and this dataset is so noted. That is not a default: the same feed carries 12 datasets explicitly declared CC0 1.0 against 1,791 declared CC BY 4.0, so the District demonstrably uses both and chose CC BY for this one. Corroborated by the RATIFIED verdict in empire-legal-audit/verdicts.json ('DC (business register)', REDISTRIBUTABLE, same feed, same quote). CC BY 4.0 §3(a)(1)(A) makes identifying the creator a CONDITION of the grant, so the credit is mandatory. 87 served rows, doineedaphotographer.

• Florida Sunbiz (business register)

  BLOCKED -> NOT FOUND. dos.fl.gov, www.sunbiz.org, search.sunbiz.org and dos.myflorida.com all still answer /robots.txt with HTTP 403 to our operator class, and sftp.floridados.gov publishes Disallow: / for * (all re-verified 2026-09-10, fail-closed, no page fetched). No permitted Florida channel carries the data-download terms. The question is nonetheless ANSWERED, by an already-RATIFIED estate verdict rather than by a page read: empire-legal-audit/verdicts.json 'Florida Sunbiz (business register)', ratified by Terry 2026-08-19, records verbatim "No explicit licence exists on the Sunbiz data-download pages, and none is required" — a STATUTE-BASED grant resting on Fla. Stat. §119.01(2)(f). A statutory public-records grant carries no attribution condition, so no credit is a licence condition here. Kept as a PRECAUTIONARY plain credit anyway, because our own read of the terms pages remains blocked and a blocked read is not proof that nothing is owed.

  Verbatim: "When displaying Places API data without a Google Map, you must include the Google logo, adhering to the provided style guidelines and attribution requirements." Google specifies the Google Maps logo, or the TEXT "Google Maps" where space is constrained. There is no "Powered by Google" string mandated for this case. Scope is the 51 dated audited tags ONLY — the bare `google_places` tag is a separate, unresearched tripwire authority.

The grade is HIGH because the licence text is located and quoted, and because the estate has ratified it; the staleness of the capture is the standing caveat and belongs in the legal queue. The NY business register is the Division of Corporations of the NEW YORK DEPARTMENT OF STATE, which already carries a ratified HIGH contract in this file ('New York Dept of State' — OPEN-NY Terms of Service, no attribution condition). This entry exists only so the census tag resolves instead of reading as unresearched. 🔴 The de-serve verdict for ny_dos is UNCHANGED and is NOT a credit question: POL §89(2)(b)(iii) is a solicitation-overlay bar (CLAUDE.md C5).
